Kainga Tuatahi Housing Project
Construction of 30 x 2-4 bedroom 2-storey residential townhouses, grouped in 9 blocks. Arrow International Ltd is the main contractor of this project. Our role is supply of suspended ceiling battens and plasterboard, as well as fixing and stopping contractor. We started on site in September 2015 and are now 90% through the project. Working closely with the main contractor's management team, we are doing our best to ensure the project is finished in time and to the client's overall satisfaction.
HNZC 64 Galway Street, Onehunga
Construction of 72 one and two-bedroom apartments in 2 4-storey buildings at 64 Galway Street, Onehunga. Bracewell Construction Ltd is the main contractor of this project. Our contract duties include supply plasterboard, fixing and internal plastering. We have started on site in May 2019 and are now 90% through the project. Working on this project we are trying to achieve great quality finish in the tight timeframe marks.
HNZC Blockhouse Bay
Construction of Housing New Zealand residential complex consisting of 3-storey apartment buildings as well as duplex and freestanding townhouses, total of 29 residential dwellings at 21-23 Holbrook Street, Blockhouse Bay. Bracewell Construction Ltd was the main contractor of this project. Our contract duties included supply plasterboard, fixing and internal plastering. We have started on site in October 2018 and finished in July 2019. We believe project was a great success for both Housing New Zealand and Bracewell Construction. We, as the plasterboard subcontractor, achieved our goal of delivering high quality finish in time and on budget.
Nugent Rise
Construction of 6 levels, 92 apartments building (1,2 and 3 bedrooms units) at 8-10 Nugent Street, Grafton, Auckland. Leighs Construction was the main contractor for this project. Our contract included supply, installation and plastering of all internal partitions - various fire and acoustic rated systems, both ceilings and walls. We have started on site in December 2017 and successfully finished in July 2018. The main difficulty of the project was its scale - large number of apartments, that had to be build in short period of time, without compromising on quality. We believe STEG Construction fully achieved this goal.
SKHY apartments
Construction of 14-storey, 88 apartments (1,2 and 3 bedrooms) at 44 Hohipere Street, Eden Tce, Auckland. Leighs Construction was the main contractor for this project. Our contract duties included supply, installation and plastering of all internal partitions - various fire and acoustic rated systems, both ceilings and walls. We have started on site in March 2017 and finished in January 2018. Since the core of the building was rebuilt rather than built from scratch, it added complexity to the highly detailed internal linings with exposed columns and beams, and high ceilings. Despite all complications we have completed the project on time required, delivering luxury apartments finish.
